Summary: Room was very nice with a sitting room that had 2 full couches a smaller tv. Decent kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave. Jacuzzi tub was amazing

Summary: Location was just okay but it is very convenient to travel where we needed to go. Very clean accommodations but room did have a musty smell. Customer service is excellent and felt safe arriving at night and it was nice and bright and welcoming.

Summary: everything was going great until I flush the toilet after that it kept making this loud irritating sound and it wouldn’t stop so I had to check out three hours later

Summary: It wasn’t overly clean or the nicest place but it’s an easy enough spot to lay your head at night.

Summary: Extremely uncomfortable bed. Had back pain every morning. Woke up numerous times through the night. Air Conditioner was terrible...never got cold or cool. Water temperature in shower would go up and down without touching the handle. I will never stay here again

Summary: We stayed here for a festival in Long Beach because it was cheaper. Overall we had a nice stay. Pros: The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The area also seemed really safe and was quiet. Cons: The pillows were a little lumpy and flat. The water temperature was inconsistent getting really hot one second and freezing the other without touching the handle. The water pressure also was very low and weak. There were several unknown stains on the carpet. No continental breakfast but they do offer free coffee and lemon water in the mornings in the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay but not a great one.
